At Hardland we offer free standdard shipping(United States, Australia, Canada, United Kingdom) for all orders.
We have put a lot of focus on making sure the items get delivered to our customers as quickly as possible. It usually takes about 7-15 business days for standard shipping and 3-5 business days for express shipping (For fast and accurate delivery, a phone number is required on shipping information), when the logistics tracking number comes out.
A confirmation email will be sent to you once the order is authorized and verified. (If you didn't leave an email address. We are not able to send you a confirmation email.) We begin preparing your order immediately after it is verified. With this sort of time frame, it makes it difficult for us to change or cancel your order, however, we will do our best to support your request.
It normally takes 1-3 business days for us to process your order. Please note that this does not include holidays and weekends.
Standard Shipping takes 7-15 business days to arrive, and Express shipping (For fast and accurate delivery, a phone number is required on shipping information) takes 3-5 business days to arrive when logistic tracking number comes out.
If you can't track your package by the tracking number, don't worry, please contact us as soon as possible, we will get back to you within 24 hours.
* Shipping time is estimated and commences from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order, and can take longer than expected date due to invalid address, customs clearance procedures or other causes.
* Please contact our customer service representative within 6 months of shipment if the package does not arrive in time, our representative will get back to you within 24 hours. Note that overdue requests may not be accepted.

Our professional quality control and assurance service always check your items before the shipment. However, you may carefully and accurately check your size before buying. Please kindly refer to the size charts on the item page.
Returns & Exchanges
We’re bummed if you're not 100% satisfied with the items you received, and we gladly accept returns within 30 days of receipt for most items in new condition.
1. Please contact Customer Service, indicating the item(s) you would like to return and the reason. We will get back to you within 24 hours. Your patience will be highly appreciated.
2. After receiving return instructions from us, please package up the item(s) to be returned with the original packing.
3. Drop off your package at the local post office.
4. Most returns are processed within 5 business days after we receive your package. We’ll issue the refund to your payment account in 3-5 days. Once your refund has been issued, you will receive a confirmation email or a confirmation message, you will receive a refund on the same day. The refund will be issued to your original payment account, as per your request.
1. Hardland's Responsibility:
If our company is responsible for the issue(damaged or incorrect product), we will allow a return to our warehouse for a refund or an exchange.
Once we receive the item, we will refund in full the original product price and its shipping or resend for free a replacement at our expense. This solution is only when Hardland is responsible for shipping the wrong item/ size.
Incorrect order(size of item)
If the customer has ordered an incorrect size or product, we can also allow a return. In this case, the customer will be responsible for the shipping fee both ways (to and from our warehouse) for an exchange. If the customer chooses a refund, we will refund the original product price. All and any shipping fees are non-refundable.
If the customer decides that they no longer want the item or simply want to exchange the item, they can report this to us within 30 days of receiving the product for a partial refund of the product cost.
3. Items returned must be in their unused condition with the original packing. We do not accept a returned item that’s worn, damaged, washed or altered in any way.
4. We do not accept returned items that were sent back by you directly without checking with us first.
How to exchange the order?
Please contact us to get the return address. After we get the return, we will exchange one for you.
If you wish to return the items to the nearest return address, please contact our customer service representative, we will get back to you within 24 hours.

How do I change or cancel my order?
Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to modify or cancel your order. Make sure to provide your order number and the modification you would like to make and we’ll confirm once the modification has been made.
Any cancellation made after an order has been placed will be subject to a cancellation fee of 5% of the Total Price regardless of the time the order has been placed (even if it is just a second later) as the merchant processor/credit card charges us a fee for cancellations.
Please note that any orders that have already been packed or shipped cannot be canceled.
